FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

There is a lot to know about Ceramics!

  • Can I put my new mug in the microwave or dishwasher?
Yes! All of our dishware is microwave and dishwasher-safe!
  • Are your pieces oven-safe?
We do not recommend using Murai dishware in the oven. Our pottery is not meant to withstand extreme temperature shocks. I.e.: putting a bowl in the fridge and then into the microwave. Additionally, our pieces are quite thin, which makes them too fragile for the oven.

Yes, we do! We also have a pickup option if you live in the area
  • Do you ship internationally?
We offer international shipping through UPS
