You booked a Pottery Opera event and you wish it would last a little longer? Add one (or more) songs, and enjoy the music! 

Please note that this item can only be purchased by customers who have already booked a Pottery Opera event or delivery, and cannot be purchased by itself. Leave your phone number during the checkout process. Frédérique Drolet will contact you to discuss about the choice of songs.

 

 

In the event of cancellation by the customer more than 14 days before the date of the service, the full amount will be refunded.

In the event of cancellation by the customer less than 14 days before the scheduled date of the service, no refund will be made. If, during this period, a major impediment prevents the customer from receiving the service on the agreed date, the service may be rescheduled for another date, depending on the artist's availability. Approval of this change is at the discretion of the artist, who cannot guarantee availability in the event of a change.

Any change of location, delivery time or repertoire must be communicated as soon as possible and approved by the artist. The artist reserves the right to refuse any change and/or to modify travel expenses accordingly.

In the event of force majeure, which would oblige the artist to cancel his performance due to illness, the artist undertakes to reschedule the performance to a later date (according to his availability and that of the customer). If this is not possible, the total amount of the service will be refunded to the customer.
