Our Beginner Course is the perfect introduction to the vast world of pottery. Over the course of six weeks, you will learn how to use the pottery wheel for throwing & trimming, a variety of hand building approaches, and glazing techniques. Once completed students will have a well rounded understanding of how pottery is made! No previous experience required to participate.

This class takes place once a week (Wednesdays or Saturdays) over the course of six weeks. Maximum of 8 students per group.  Students will have the opportunity to keep a maximum of 12 pieces that will be fired. All materials and firings are included in the price. Beginner classes are bilingual and suitable for ages 7 years and up. (Please note that children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult also registered to the activity). Cancellation Policy


You may cancel 2 weeks in advance of the class and receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the class will not be eligible for a refund. If you have to miss one class, no refund will be given. A missed class will not be transferred to another session. In case of bad weather, class might be postponed to a subsequent day.

Location

Our studio is located at 95 Ch. Colbert, Wakefield, QC. Please show up to you class on time and wear clothes & shoes you do not mind getting dirty. Please note that we do not have potable water on site, please consider bringing a bottle of water.
